Design Within Reach and Lazzoni now open; Joe & The Juice and Uptown Sporting Club coming soon
HOUSTON, TX – April 28, 2026 – EDENS, a national retail and mixed-use real estate owner, operator and developer, today announced four new retail and dining additions at Uptown Park in Uptown Houston, further strengthening the destination’s position as one of Houston’s premier lifestyle destinations.

New retail partners now open at Uptown Park include:
Design Within Reach, a leading design retailer offering authentic contemporary furnishings, lighting and accessories. The 6,127-square-foot studio location offers expert design support and showcases a curated selection of modern furniture and lifestyle products.
Lazzoni, a globally recognized modern furniture brand known for its clean lines, customizable upholstery and contemporary pieces. The 3,828-square-foot showroom offers design-forward shoppers a range of tailored furniture solutions that blend style, comfort and function.
New retail partners scheduled to open later this year at Uptown Park include:
Joe & The Juice, a lively Copenhagen-born café and juice bar concept. The high-energy concept will feature its freshly made juices, crafted coffee and light, health-focused menu offerings. Their space will include indoor and outdoor seating with a focus on social interaction in an edgy, modern environment.
Uptown Sporting Club, a new elevated neighborhood bar and restaurant, a reconception of the former 3,833-square-foot Duchess space, will offer shareable bites, craft cocktails and a lively social atmosphere.
